We want you to enjoy your new item(s). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us and we’ll refund you for the purchase price.

Things to keep in mind

• You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 business days of delivery of the product in question.
• Ensure your return is adequately packaged in the box that it was sent to you in.
• Your refund will be processed within 21 working days from the moment we have received the returned item(s).
• Please be aware we do not offer the option to exchange your product. We advise to return your order and place a new one.
• We cannot process your return if the Return Form is missing.
• Any items which are used or have the original tags removed cannot be refunded.
• You can return your order FREE OF CHARGE using UPS if you are a resident of United State, Canada.
• Returns coming from outside the above mentioned countries are on the customer’s expense. These expenses include transport, customs fees and any other applicable costs related to the return.
